Machine description:
In the U shape barrel, the ribbon agitator does the positive and negative spiral motions.
YDLH-500 can cover more than 500 liter material with ss 304 material. Its fast mixing speed can satisfy the rigorous demand of mixing materials with different physical properties. The rotation is 53-42 RPM, which will reduce the damage of the ribbon to the material during the mixing process. We adopt TEFLON seal which has a long time sealing effect and is especially for the powder and liquid. There is a discharge valve at the bottom of the barrel. The operation of the discharging valve should be convenient and there are three types: Manual, pneumatic and electricity valve. You can choose the one that suits you best.
