Today we used our advanced design of YDWF series ultra-fine pulverizer to make dried rose petals powder and the customer’s requirement is 200 mesh fineness, 500 kg per hour, which is used for chemicals products.
Because of the virus, this customer was not able to visit our manufacturing plant and make performance tests. Yinda Machinery has been striving to achieve the best customer experience and product performance since 2008. We purchased large quantities of dried petals in advance and dried them in the oven until they contained 5% moisture.
(Note:If the material contains more than 5-8% moisture it will affect the grinding effect and lead to an uneven fineness of the material)
We send our customers videos of performance demonstrations of the equipment and quality checks of the powder,and he is very satisfied and hopes to have the opportunity to work together.
