What will we do to guarantee the equipment performance and service?
pe-sale services:
Based on the clients’ request and budget, we will offer equipment pictures, working site videos, plant processing diagram, assemble drawings, foundation drawings, and plant layout. Clients are welcome to visit our factory, also our equipment working site from former clients.
Production services:
●firstly is raw material inspection for selection to ensure quality.
●the second is production inspection to ensure delivery time and quality for the machine.
●The third is inspection before loading to ensure customer demand(you also can arrange QC for inspection).
All the above inspections will invite you to attend together and send the video and result to you by email.
After-sale services:
Normally, the equipment warranty is 12 months since installation. To establish long-term cooperation, we will regularly call, email, and field visit our clients to check the equipment’s working condition and offer suggestions for maintenance.
