YDV-500 V type Mixer is prepared for dispatch to USA. Customer used it to mix various spices, infrared body sensor is optional and it can protect operator safe when V mixer machine rotary.

Main Use:

V type mixer is composed of two feed inlets, mixing barrel, discharge valve, and electronic control parts, it is used for two or more than two kinds of dry granules or powder materials in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or other related industries.

Benefits:

● Simple structure, polished surface, easy to maintain and clean, this characteristic can avoid drug cross-contamination, especially for pharmaceutical companies.

● Heating or cooling jackets optional, if temperature control is required, spray nozzles for the liquid introduction.

● It can work with a vacuum conveyor to achieve automatic feeding and prevent dust.

● Safety bar can be optional, the mixer can work when the safety bar is in a horizontal position. This function will protect the operator from possible injury from the rotating V mixing barrel.

● Add nozzles to mix the powder with liquid can be optional. No dead angle, no accumulation of materials, high speed, and short mixing time, high uniform mixing.

● Adjustable rotating speed, the digital display is optional, auto-positioning stop functions optional when the machine stops, the discharge parts are right towards the ground automatically, no need to use point-stop (jog) manually.
