Laboratory V Blender is composed of two feed inlets, mixing barrel, discharge valve, and electronic control parts.
Designed according to GMP standard and wholly made of stainless steel. The power of the motor is transmitted to the reducer through the belt and the reducer to the V-barrel through the coupling to make the V-type barrel run continuously, and drive the material inside the barrel to mix up, down, left and right.
Mixing machine body is welded by two-cylinder V shape, inlet for a fast locking device, the discharge port is a manual butterfly valve, operation simple and quick. Fixed forced stirring shaft by sanitary stainless steel seamless steel pipe production, the main body is fixed on the two ends of the cylinder sleeve top, through the relative motion and the mixing cylinder, so that the material has forced turnover effect, improve the mixing uniformity.
