Today, the YDFL-30 sugar grinding machine has finished and we take in-house performance inspection before dispatch.
YDFL series sugar grinding machine is composed of feeding hopper, grinding part, discharging part. It can make use of the high-speed relative movement of the movable fluted disc and the fixed fluted disc to crush the material through the comprehensive effect of striking and friction of the fluted disc as well as the mutual striking of the material, the crushed material can be discharged directly from the grinding chamber of the host machine and the desired granule size can be obtained by installing screens with different apertures. Besides, the whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel.
When the material is crushed, high-speed rotation of the cutter generates huge air volume, so that the material cannot stick to the sieve ring and the machine cavity, and also reduce the stay time of powdered sugar in the machine cavity, so it is suitable for pulverization of heat-sensitive materials and hygroscopic materials, also is known as sugar mill, salt grinding machine, sugar pulverizer, powder sugar grinder, and so on.
