The working principle of the colloid mill machine is a comprehensive movement of shearing, grinding and high-speed stirring. The grinding process happens in the relative movement between the teeth running at high speed and the stationary teeth, so that the materials between the teeth are subjected to strong shearing, grinding and collision, while coupled with high frequency vibration and high speed rotation, all the forces can effectively distribute, emulsify and crush the materials evenly.
