Machine description:
ribbon blender machine consists of a horizontal U-shaped mixing drum, drive system and ribbon agitator.
The stirring components are combined with an internal and external double spiral ribbon mixer.
Material contact part adopt SS 304, the rest part adopts carbon steel and are widely used in the food, spice and chemical industries.
The outer spiral agitator moves the material in the central direction and the inner spiral agitator moves the material in the opposite direction, creating a radial and lateral movement. Finally, the material will be discharged at the central discharge valve.
Yinda ribbon blender is an efficient and versatile mixer for mixing dry granules and powders as well as viscous materials, especially for food materials.
