Step 1: Feeding
We feed the chitin into the hopper of the ACM mill grinding machine. For customers who prefer a more automatic and clean handling method, we usually recommend using a vacuum feeder. This feeding system ensures:

Step 2: Grinding and Classification

Step 3: Separation and Collection
The qualified chitin powder is discharged through the cyclone separator under the airflow generated by the high-pressure blower. Ultra-fine or nano-size particles are captured by the pulse dust-free collector, where they can be collected and recycled.
