1.80 CU FT CARBON STEEL RIBBON BLENDER

Machine description:

80 CU FT CARBON STEEL RIBBON BLENDER consists of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially manufactured double  agitator. The double agitator consists of an inner and an outer spiral agitator. The outer ribbon agitator moves the material in one direction and the inner ribbon agitator moves the material in the opposite direction.

The ribbons blenders rotate at approx. 40-50 RPM, moving the material in the radial and lateral directions to ensure efficient homogeneous mixing in short cycles. The ribbon agitator is used for mixing between 50-80% of the rated capacity of the agitator.
