Principe de fonctionnement

The YDWS Series Low-Temperature Pin Mill crushes cardamom through the high-speed relative movement of movable and fixed fluted discs, using impact and friction. Crushed material passes through the cyclone separator, where the finished powder is collected, oversized particles are returned for further grinding, and dust is filtered. An industrial chiller, relying on the mill’s high-pressure blower, circulates cooled air to remove heat generated during milling, maintaining low-temperature conditions.

How the Chiller Integrates with the Hammer Mill

The air chiller is connected to the hammer mill through a sealed ducting connection, forming a closed-loop cooling path within the system. Unlike traditional air cooling systems, our Yinda chiller does not generate airflow independently. Instead, it utilizes the high-pressure blower of the hammer mill system to draw and circulate cooled air throughout the grinding chamber, ensuring stable temperature control without introducing moisture or condensation.

Principe de fonctionnement

  • System Configuration:
    The machine mainly consists of a feeding port, hammer mill grinding chamber, cyclone discharge system, pulse dust collector, electric control cabinet, and an air cooling chiller.
  • Grinding Process:
    Cardamom is fed into the hammer mill through the feeding port. Inside the grinding chamber, the material is reduced by repeated impact, shear, and friction generated by high-speed rotating hammers.
  • Material Separation and Discharge:
    Driven by centrifugal force and system airflow, the ground material is conveyed to the cyclone separator, where powder is separated from air and continuously discharged, while fine dust is captured by the pulse dust collector.
  • Low-Temperature Operation:
    The air cooling chiller is integrated into the system and relies on the hammer mill’s high-pressure blower to circulate cooled air, helping remove heat generated during grinding and maintain stable low-temperature conditions.
