Rotary flash dryer (Spin Flash Dryer) is a new generation of products developed by our factory on the basis of digesting and absorbing the technology of APV ANHYDRO A/S, extracting the essence of similar dryers in China, and based on years of rich practical experience.
The product has gone through the process of development-design-justification-improvement for many cycles of upgrading, and its advanced technology, precise structure, beautiful appearance and excellent performance have reached the domestic advanced level.
Based on its excellent performance, the machine has been widely used in various industries such as pesticide, pigment, dyestuff, medicine, feed, food, paint, fertilizer and fine chemical industry, which plays the role of high efficiency, rapidity, energy saving, large production with small equipment and pollution-free operation.
Princípio de trabalho
The hot air enters into the bottom of the dryer in tangent direction. Under the driving of the stirrer, a powerful rotating wind field is formed.
Paste materials go into the dryer via screw feeder, and dispersed by impact, friction and shearing force under the powerful high-speed rotating impeller; bulk materials immediately get smashed, in fully contact with hot air in order to get heated and dried.
Then the dehydrated materials rise with hot air. A hierarchical ring will make large particles retentate, while exhaust small particles out of dryer from center of the ring, recovered by cyclone separator.
The bulk materials or materials without being fully dryer will be thrown to the wall under centrifugal force and drop to the bottom again to be smashed and dried.
Funcionalidade
It is uniquely designed to dry a wide range of materials with widely varying properties at the same time. A wide range of moisture contents can be handled: from a few percent to over 80%.
- High drying strength. Due to the material by centrifugal, shear, collision, friction and particulate, high dispersion state, the relative velocity between the gas-solid phase is larger, strengthening the mass and heat transfer.
- suitable for heat-sensitive materials. The high temperature area at the bottom of the dryer has high gas velocity, and it is difficult for the materials to have direct contact with the hot surface; in addition, it is equipped with cooling jacket and stirring teeth with scraper, which solves the problem of material sticking to the wall and coking.
- Simplified process. Compared with the use of other types of dryers, flash dryer drying paste, mud, filter cake and other materials can be dried into a uniform powder products, eliminating the need for crushing, sieving and other processes.
- Effectively control the final moisture and fineness. Feed and hot air temperature regulation and the harmonization of the classifier, the final moisture and finished product size can be fully controlled to ensure that the wet content and fineness of the product is uniform.
