Descri\u00e7\u00e3o da m\u00e1quina:<\/strong><\/h2>

Os misturadores de fita e p\u00e1 consistem em uma ranhura horizontal em forma de U e um eixo de fita espiral dupla no qual gira horizontalmente.<\/p>

O agitador de fita \u00e9 composto por um conjunto de fitas espirais internas e externas. Uma fita espiral externa move o material das extremidades para o centro, enquanto a fita espiral interna move o material do centro para as extremidades. Esta a\u00e7\u00e3o de contrafluxo resulta em uma boa mistura.<\/p>

As fitas giram a 40-50 RPM e movem o material radialmente e lateralmente para garantir uma mistura completa e homog\u00eanea em ciclos curtos.<\/p>

\u00c9 usado para misturar em 50% a 80% da capacidade nominal do misturador e precisa deixar espa\u00e7o suficiente para que o material fa\u00e7a movimentos de mistura no barril.<\/p>
