Por favor, leia as seguintes instru\u00e7\u00f5es de limpeza e mantenha a higiene dos materiais processados e aumente o desempenho da retificadora.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Ap\u00f3s finalizar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o, desligue a energia e envie todos os materiais em produ\u00e7\u00e3o para a esta\u00e7\u00e3o intermedi\u00e1ria.<\/em><\/p>\n

2. Pendure o equipamento a ser limpo na placa de status.<\/em><\/p>\n

3. Abra o moedor e desmonte as l\u00e2minas m\u00f3veis, tela, coletor de p\u00f3 e tubo transportador para limpeza profunda, para limpeza di\u00e1ria, pistola de ar de alta press\u00e3o (mais recomendado) ou \u00e1gua para lavar o interior da c\u00e2mara do moedor.<\/em><\/p>\n

4. Com um pano especial limpo embebido em \u00e1gua morna e limpe a entrada do moedor, a c\u00e2mara principal do moedor, a sa\u00edda de descarga e a sala de coleta de poeira repetidamente at\u00e9 que estejam limpas.<\/em><\/p>\n

5. Desionize e limpe completamente o interior do tubo de p\u00f3 e do ciclone.<\/em><\/p>\n
