Le m\u00e9langeur \u00e0 ruban se compose d'un tambour m\u00e9langeur horizontal en forme de U, d'un syst\u00e8me d'entra\u00eenement et d'un agitateur \u00e0 ruban.<\/p>

\u00a0Les composants d'agitation sont combin\u00e9s avec un m\u00e9langeur \u00e0 ruban \u00e0 double spirale interne et externe.<\/p>

La partie de contact mat\u00e9rielle adopte le SS 304, la partie restante adopte l'acier au carbone et est largement utilis\u00e9e dans les industries alimentaires, des \u00e9pices et chimiques.<\/p>

\u00a0L'agitateur en spirale externe d\u00e9place le mat\u00e9riau dans la direction centrale et l'agitateur en spirale interne d\u00e9place le mat\u00e9riau dans la direction oppos\u00e9e, cr\u00e9ant un mouvement radial et lat\u00e9ral. Enfin, le mat\u00e9riau sera d\u00e9charg\u00e9 au niveau de la vanne de d\u00e9charge centrale.<\/p>

Le m\u00e9langeur \u00e0 ruban Yinda est un m\u00e9langeur efficace et polyvalent pour m\u00e9langer des granul\u00e9s secs et des poudres ainsi que des mat\u00e9riaux visqueux, en particulier pour les mat\u00e9riaux alimentaires.<\/p>
