Le m\u00e9langeur \u00e0 ruban en acier au carbone de 80 pieds cubes se compose d'un bac horizontal en forme de U et d'un double agitateur sp\u00e9cialement fabriqu\u00e9. Le double agitateur se compose d'un agitateur en spirale interne et externe. L'agitateur \u00e0 ruban ext\u00e9rieur d\u00e9place le mat\u00e9riau dans une direction et l'agitateur \u00e0 ruban int\u00e9rieur d\u00e9place le mat\u00e9riau dans la direction oppos\u00e9e.<\/p>

Les m\u00e9langeurs de rubans tournent \u00e0 env. 40-50 tr\/min, d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant le mat\u00e9riau dans les directions radiale et lat\u00e9rale pour assurer un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne efficace en cycles courts. L'agitateur \u00e0 ruban est utilis\u00e9 pour m\u00e9langer entre 50 et 80% de la capacit\u00e9 nominale de l'agitateur.<\/p>
