Description de l'appareil\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h2>

Les m\u00e9langeurs \u00e0 ruban et \u00e0 palette se composent d'une rainure horizontale en forme de U et d'un arbre \u00e0 ruban \u00e0 double spirale dans lequel il tourne horizontalement.<\/p>

L'agitateur \u00e0 ruban se compose d'un ensemble de rubans en spirale internes et externes. Un ruban en spirale externe d\u00e9place le mat\u00e9riau des extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s vers le centre, tandis que le ruban en spirale interne d\u00e9place le mat\u00e9riau du centre vers les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s. Cette action \u00e0 contre-courant permet un bon m\u00e9lange.<\/p>

Les rubans tournent \u00e0 40-50 tr\/min et d\u00e9placent le mat\u00e9riau radialement et lat\u00e9ralement pour assurer un m\u00e9lange complet et homog\u00e8ne en cycles courts.<\/p>

Il est utilis\u00e9 pour le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 50% \u00e0 80% de la capacit\u00e9 nominale du m\u00e9langeur et doit laisser suffisamment d'espace pour que le mat\u00e9riau effectue des mouvements de m\u00e9lange dans le f\u00fbt.<\/p>
