Descripci\u00f3n de la m\u00e1quina:<\/strong><\/h2>

Las licuadoras de cinta y paletas consisten en una ranura horizontal en forma de U y un eje de cinta en espiral doble en el que gira horizontalmente.<\/p>

El agitador de cinta consta de un conjunto de cintas espirales internas y externas. Una cinta en espiral externa mueve el material desde los extremos hacia el centro, mientras que la cinta en espiral interna mueve el material desde el centro hacia los extremos. Esta acci\u00f3n a contracorriente da como resultado una buena mezcla.<\/p>

Las cintas giran a 40-50 RPM y mueven el material radial y lateralmente para asegurar una mezcla completa y homog\u00e9nea en ciclos cortos.<\/p>

Se utiliza para mezclar de 50% a 80% de la capacidad nominal de la mezcladora y debe dejar suficiente espacio para que el material realice movimientos de mezcla en el barril.<\/p>
