Hoy por la ma\u00f1ana, recibimos una solicitud de nuestro antiguo cliente, espera que podamos ayudarlo a guiarlo adecuadamente para limpiar la m\u00e1quina trituradora de alimentos en polvo, y creemos que muchos clientes no est\u00e1n seguros de c\u00f3mo limpiar correctamente la m\u00e1quina trituradora de polvo despu\u00e9s de la molienda continua.<\/p>\n

\"\u00bfC\u00f3mo<\/p>\n

Lea las siguientes instrucciones de limpieza y mantenga la higiene de los materiales procesados y aumente el rendimiento de la rectificadora.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Despu\u00e9s de terminar la producci\u00f3n, apague la energ\u00eda y env\u00ede todos los materiales en producci\u00f3n a la estaci\u00f3n intermedia.<\/em><\/p>\n

2. Cuelgue el equipo a limpiar en la placa de estado.<\/em><\/p>\n

3. Abra el molinillo y desmonte las cuchillas m\u00f3viles, la pantalla, el colector de polvo y el tubo de transporte para una limpieza profunda, para la limpieza diaria, una pistola de aire de alta presi\u00f3n (m\u00e1s recomendada) o agua para enjuagar el interior de la c\u00e1mara del molinillo.<\/em><\/p>\n

4. Con un pa\u00f1o especial limpio humedecido en agua tibia, limpie la entrada del molinillo, la c\u00e1mara principal del molinillo, la salida de descarga y la sala de recolecci\u00f3n de polvo repetidamente hasta que quede limpio.<\/em><\/p>\n

5. Desionice y limpie a fondo el interior del tubo de polvo y el cicl\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n
