This equipment consists of a feeding hopper, crushing chamber, discharge port, and electric system. The equipment is simple and easy to operate. first, we put the sago into the feeding hopper, the sago is crushed by the high-speed movement between the movable knife and the fixed knife,then we can get the sago powder.

Structure & Working Principle:
This equipment consists of a feeding hopper, crushing chamber, discharge port, electric system, and simple dust collector system.
The Machine by feeding sago into the grinding chamber, where high-speed rotating blades break it into fine powder through impact and shear forces. A basic dust collection system, such as a filter drum, captures a portion of the fine dust generated during grinding, improving air quality.

YDWS series Cyclone Dust-Free Pin Mill Set Sago Grinder
Structure & Working Principle:
It combines crushing and dust-collecting together, The whole equipment consists of the main milling part, the cyclone separator discharging port, the pulse dust-free collector, blower, and the electric control system.
Using relative motion between flexible and fixed fluted discs, the material is crushed through impact and friction of the teeth and impact among the material. The crushed material flows into the cyclone separator by the gravitation of the blower and rotating centrifugal force, then discharges through the gate blower. Dust comes into the pulse dust evacuator box, filtered, and recycled by the filter cylinder.

2. YDWF Series Air Classifier Mill Sago Grinder
YDWF Series Air Classifier Mill Sago Grinder
Structure & Working Principle:
YDWF Series Air Classifier Mill Sago Grinder is a type of industrial grinding mill that grinds and classifies in one machine. It is composed of the main milling part, t he cyclone dust-free system, the high-press centrifugal fan, and the electric control system.
The sago enters the grinding chamber via the funnel and spiral conveyor where it is sheared and broken by the fast-rotating blades.The power passes the guide ring and enters the classification chamber. As the classification wheel is in revolution both the air force and centrifugal force act on the powder. As the particles whose diameters are greater than the critical diameter (diameter of the classification particles) have a great mass, they are thrown back into the grinding chamber to be ground again, while the particles whose diameters are smaller than the critical diameter enter the cyclone separator and bag type collector via the material exit pipe be means of negative pressure wind conveyance. This discharge material meets the requirements for the product.
